PAYMENT TERMS: A deposit of 20% is required within 7 days to confirm booking 
and remainder of rental due 4 weeks prior to commencement of booking.
Compulsory booking fee of $125.00.

Linen is not supplied but you are welcome to bring your own or it can be hired for
$12 per person.
All cooking utensils and crockery supplied.
